Coach Rita Rouse had an incredible coaching tenure at Morristown. Coach Rouse coached volleyball from 1992-2008 and again in 2014. She is the all-time winningest coach in Morristown’s long athletic history, and she holds the school record for win percentage by any coach in all sports at Morristown with an overall record of 285-154. Coach Rouse’s commitment to volleyball, her extraordinary leadership, and support of her players lead to an amazing 7 Conference Championships, 8 Shelby County Tournaments, 11 IHSAA Sectional Championships, and 4 State Final Four appearances (2001, 2003, 2004, 2007). Coach Rouse won the IHSAA State Championship in 2003 and came back in 2004 as Runner-Up.
